I bought an mp3 player for my mom at etronics.com.  I read the returns policy to make sure that I could return the unit if she did not like it.  However, they have a buried link which is easy to overlook which states that the customer is responsible for return shipping, even on defective units.

Whoever heard of that?  I should pay for a return on a defective unit?  That is bogus!

I suggest that consumers shop elsewhere!
