Cook the pie crust per the pie crust directions. After the crust cools,
spread the parmesan on the bottom. Lay out the sliced tomatoes in layers
with italian seasoning, basil, and onions. Mix mayo and cheddar cheese and
spread on top. If you really like cheese, sprinkle some extra cheese on
top. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
