Ticketmaster Sucks

Monopolies typically suck and Ticketmaster is definitely a monopoly and definitely sucks.

Attempted task:  Send a gift certificate

Went to ticketmaster.com

bulletNO MENTION OF GIFT CERTIFICATES
bulletNO PHONE NUMBER FOR TICKETMASTER
bulletNO EMAIL ADDRESS POSTED FOR TICKETMASTER
bulletI CANNOT STAND SITES WHO POST NO CONTACT INFORMATION!!!! (but, hey, they are a monopoly - "where's that cheese I smell?  who put me in this maze?")

Found a phone number via Raleigh Memorial Auditorium's page

bulletThere is no choice available to talk to a human
bulletDialing "0" does not direct me to a human
bulletIt asked me for an event name - THERE IS NO EVENT NAME!!!
bulletSo I said "help me" every time it asked for an event and eventually it gave up and put me on hold for 5 minutes.

Finally talked to someone

bulletCertificate CANNOT BE USED FOR PHONE ORDERS OR ONLINE - that sucks!
bulletCertificate CANNOT BE SHIPPED TO RECIPIENT - that really sucks!
bulletPlus 2 minutes of other terms and conditions, many repeated 2 or 3 times.
bulletWHY CAN'T I get one that can be used online?!?!
bullet$3.25 for handling?!?!  And then surcharges out the wazhoo(?) when they finally use it?

So I finally get the gift certificate ordered. 

Am I done?  NO!  THEN THEY TRY TO SELL ME TWO UNRELATED ITEMS!!  BITE ME TICKETMASTER!!!
